I came across this video via a new blog/really cool project that I found and just had to share. It explains and shows quite well what is a Chilean completo. And as a bonus, Heather, Vuko, Chris and I visited the same local in Viña in February after a night on the town. Although I should note that none of us actually at a completo. I had a cheese sandwich and everyone else a churrasco.

no matter what, I just cant get myself to like completos! Way too much of the condiments...
Oh me neither!! Actually I've never even eaten one since I haven't had a hot dog in over 10 years!!!
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeena!!! hahahahhahaha.
Awesome Bourdoin video find!
Dude, I've never had one with sauerkraut!!! I always get the completo "palta-tomate". (The italiano without mayo.) Next time I'm in Chile I'm getting sauerkraut on it!! Although, I prefer un "as" instead of a completo normal. The replace the hot dog with shredded beef, but still in a hot dog bun with the same fixings. Not at el sibarítico though. Thus the preference for churrasco, haha.
